Cancellation
Bad weather policy.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time i.e. in really bad weather
(if more than light shower we may cancel for safety reasons).
In the unfortunate event that there is bad weather,on the day of hire we do not offer refunds of deposit.
However we will be more than happy to re-book your castle at no extra cost.
Rain covers are for light showers only; the inflatable should not be used in heavy rain.
We will not be held responsible for bad weather ruining your day

Refunds of deposit are not available, however if you wish to re-arrange your booking,
please notify Castle Kingdom within 24 hours of your event.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your event and we will only charge you for your deposit.Alternatively, you can postpone your booking and re-book at a date and time that suits you and won't lose your deposit. Failure to notify Castle Kingdom of your cancellation or postponement within 24 hours of your event may incur a fee
These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to any persons using the equipment.
Please note that all persons using our inflatable(s) do so at their own risk.
The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.
We reserve the right to refuse a hire for any reason where we feel that health and safety laws will be broken and or where the safety of participants will be compromised. Safety is our number 1 priority.
If the castle or any other items hired have to be delivered through the property we will not be held accountable for any damage caused. This includes water damage when moving wet castles through properties.
There must be a suitable mains power point within 25 metres of the rear of the bouncy castle, otherwise an extra extension lead will be required please view our additional items.
Please make us aware on arrival of any services laid under the desired site as we will not be held accountable for any damage to such services including drainage, gas, electrical and more. Our pegs are 360mm long.
You will be responsible for all repair/cleaning costs if the unit becomes damaged or soiled and will be responsible for the full replacement costs should the unit or any of its accompanying equipment be stolen while on hire. If damaged or stolen you may also be charged for loss of earnings until such time as the unit and other equipment can be repaired or replaced.

Only our delivery driver is to collect the inflatable and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver. You remain responsible for the security and safe keeping of the unit and all other equipment until it is collected by one of our delivery drivers.
Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
You will asked to sign a copy of our hire agreement on the day of hire.
Amendments
Castle Kingdom reserve the right to make reasonable amendments to this contract without giving notice to the other party or parties.
